Wij werken al 25 jaren met de Chardonnay's uit Limoux, en ik zou ze erkennen tussen 1000 Chardonnays. Werd ons beloofd dat die Pure Velvet echt anders was en ' incroyable' die is zooo anders dan de Toques et Clochers, en toch erken ik wel een Limoux, hij draag fantastisch zijn naam ' Pure Velvet' veel exotische vruchten en een hint van vanille in een fluweelzachte jasje...een Pure genoot zou ik erbij zeggen.
