Maury dankt haar bekendheid eigenlijk alleen aan de zoete rode wijnen (Maury Vendange). Deze Montpin is echter een droge Maury. Hij heeft het intense van rijpe rode vruchten maar is tóch licht en droog, met in de verte een vleugje zoethout en kaneel. Heel bijzonder! Ik zeg: drink ‘m en aanschouw de toekomst van de Roussillon.
