Ik denk eerlijk gezegd dat het moeijlijk is om een lekkerder rosé te maken dan die Barathym! Medium vol en zacht. Deze rosé heeft veel smaken van perzik, frambozen en grapefruit. Een perfecte balans tussen romigheid en frisheid, perfecte wijn met een zonnetje.

80 % Grenache noir et 20% de Carignan
Wijn/Spijs
Borrel, salades, toast met tapenades, gerookte zalm op toast.
Alcohol
12,5% alcoholpercentage
Temperatuur
12/14° C (dus niet te koud)
